We strive to deliver signs the day prior to mom and baby arriving home from the hospital or requested date of delivery. Yard See TN receives orders online 24/7. For birthdays deliveries are made after dark the night before a celebration and as early as 6am the day of the celebration.

Our keepsake items include the stork bundle, cupcake plaques, sibling stars, Dog/cat yard/door signs, graduation stars, cornhole boards, personalized or specialty cut signs and corregated plastic letters or Signs. All these items are yours to keep at the end of a rental period or when ordered from Yard See TN.

Our rental services are perfect for baby showers and gender reveals. For either of these special occasions for a 3 day rental period. We recommend our pink/blue (gender neutral) Stork sign. We have a free standing base to accommodate your event indoors or outdoors. We will personalize the bundle with a standard message “It’s a Girl” or “It’s a Boy”. When the stork is delivered, the bundle will be wrapped in a burlap bag with a beautiful bow for the big reveal. The stork bundle can include a message such as “He or She what will it be?” or “Pink or Blue what do you think?” or a custom message.

To ensure optimal visibility and a pleasing backdrop for photographs, we select a prime area in front of your home. If there is a specific spot we will try our best to accommodate your request. We cannot guarantee exact placement of the sign if the designated area is not specifically marked or you/your designated person is not home at the time of delivery.

DO NOT move and/or remove the lawn signs as damage can occur. Extreme Caution is requested when mowing or weed eating near the sign as damage can occur if any connection is made with the sign. DO NOT attach anything to the yard sign, including balloons. If a balloon pops the sun swelters the latex into the sign causing permanent damage.

If you any damage is observed to the lawn sign please notify Yard SEE TN immediately. Our signs are strong, weather-resistant and designed durably. These signs are not made for climbing or horse playing. YARD SEE TN is not responsible or liable for any and all injuries involving the sign while on the renter’s property. The owner of the home in which the rental sign is posted will be responsible for payment of any damage to the sign while on the owner’s property. By ordering a sign, the homeowner accepts responsibility for the sign while on the owner’s property.
